We have experience developing right from scratch a world class enterprise resource planning/supply chain management (ERP/SCM) product suite. It is completely web based. It can run on most of the popular databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL. It runs on most server platforms such as Microsoft Windows 2003 server (NT platform), Linux or Unix. The client machine does not need any software install (Read maintenance free..) and the system can be run on Internet Explorer or Netscape. Most of the functionalities manufacturing industries need are available within the various e-Chain modules. Barcode integration comes standard. The product suite is in usage at different industry verticals such as Engineering goods industry, Textiles, Warehouses, Paints (chemical) etc. Being developers of the product suite, we know the product best and so our implementation and customization phases have been relatively smooth. The product is in version 4.0 now. Financial module and technological upgrade to J2EE Struts Framework are the salient new features.

Chain•Sys developed a web application for Indiana State Counties to accept online applications for Property Tax Deductions. Smooth wizards lead the users thru the application process and fills in Acrobat forms. A clever technique lets the users to fill in Acrobat forms even though they’d have only freely available Acrobat Readers installed on their PCs. Workflow was built in with e-mail confirmations and prompts. E-mails have links to records and acrobat forms in the context. Easy county data loads and administration are some of the highlights.

An electronic signature HIPAA application was developed for Signature Applications LLC. This allows front office of hospitals, doctor offices, pharmacies to efficiently comply with HIPAA regulations with the least amount of paper usage and storage. Not being a scanner/imaging based document management the storage file sizes are significantly small. Hospital Chains, Pharmacy Chains, or Labs linked to hospitals need to get compliance signatures only once. Subsequent visits to any of the facility chains are a breeze without hassles of signing another set of paper forms. Microsoft .NET technology was used to develop this.
