"Chain-Sys sucessfully deploys AQUA 2 which is a design software developed for CST Industries in order to replace their existing design software AQUA 2000 and DLIQ. This sofware is a design tool developed for designing "Bolted Tanks".

AQUA2 will be web based software installed in a centralized server. AQUA 2 will be accessed by those who are assigned with a log-in and password from all three companies namely CST Vulcan, ESPC and CTT. Later on it is proposed to give access to all the Dealers. The software shall have the optimizing capabilities to show the cheapest use of web-truss and sheet material. Optimized designs will take advantage of reducing bolt patterns or material thickness wherever possible. The tank design program will have full access to the complete bill of materials for all 3 manufactures – ESPC, CST Vulcan and CTT – including all material costs. When a design is completed, a full parts list and cost report will be the output as a report.
The formulae embedded in AQUA 2000 will be used in the new software AQUA 2. As all these formulae are mainly from American associations the constants are set to accept U.S. customary unit measurements only, therefore all measurements will be in U.S. customary units or converted from metric using agreed rounding limits. Security to access different information based on the person would be handled by Employee Login and assignment
