Service oriented architecture (SOA) Service:
appINTERFACE orchestrates web services to build inbound and outbound interfaces for Oracle E-Business Suite R12/11i. The web services are implemented with high security and the data is transmitted over the web in an encrypted format. Using this service we can transfer file size upto 2 GB. Uses Axis for C and java protocol for interfacing data between any external systems to Oracle EBS.

FTP Service:
You can build inbound and outbound interfaces through secure FTP service for Oracle E-Business Suite R12/11i and external systems. FTP service can support file sizes greater than 2 GB.

Process logs and notifications:
Each interface process is run as a background job. The logs are maintained against the processes. The system automatically creates processed, unprocessed, and error record files . E-mail notifications are also sent to the user executing the process. The notifications include log files and output files for review. The information is also available through appINTERFACE's web user interface.

Date/Time Tracking and Error Handling:
1. Time of data extraction from the source system
2. Time at which the data is processed into the target system.
appINTERFACE publishes the errors back into the source system if any errors occur during the interfacing process.
