Liners India Limited is an ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified company established in 1974, in Vijayawada, India.
Produces 80+ models of cylinder liners in Grey and Ductile iron ranging from 50mm to 150mm diameter bore size and length ranging from 150mm-300mm.
Liners India are the suppliers to the manufacturer of heavy, medium and light commercial vehicles, agricultural tractors and diesel engines world wide.
Solution
A highly cost-effective solution has been provided by e•chain to automate all of Liners India’s processes, by deriving the Rout Card Generation, which help to split a single SFO into multiple route cards. This process is not available in other premier ERP solutions and helps Liners to handle the SFO Transactions in detail. Here are the solutions that e•chain was able to provide.
Point of Sales – Direct Sales Order Creation.
Inventory & Procurement – Preparing Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Purchase Receipts, Transit of Materials, Receipts with Quality Inspections, Lot controls (Batch), and Materials updates (with Inventory).
Production – Creation of Shop Floor Orders, Material Issue via Allocations against the created SFO, SFO Intra-work Transaction for outside Processing, Operation-wise Rout Card generations, Inventory Tolling Issue for a particular operation, Tolling Rejections, Tolling Receipts, Inter-work Transaction on a particular operation for SFO Rejection and Scraps and Product Completions with Batch Process.
Shipping – Batch-wise Shipping of the Finished Product to the end customer and automated Invoice Generation from Sales Order.
