Communication Management

Chain-Sys Support Portal is a custom built application on Oracle ADF platform. This portal is used to request any support services against the Cypress project work.

The service request is converted to tasks and is taken up by Support Team. Most of the ADF features have been used and the latest Jasper Report is also integrated
